Hey Everybody!!

    TELL ALLIE CONGRATS FROM ME!!! that's awesome that she won that! Did Chris win it too? Well this week for us went really great, its pretty fun being a zone leader, i think I'm starting to get the hang of it. That picture i sent you is of our zone but two of the compañionships arent in there. We get to still work in our area a whole lot, but i get to travel a whole lot more than i did when i was district leader. We have only given 1 actual Zone class, that one was about two weeks ago, i got to talk for about 20 minutes about how important it is as missionaries to work everyday diligently and strive to complete what we call the standards of the mission (numbers of lessons we taught for the week and stuff like that) so we can complete our objective as missionaries and baptize every week (mission goal). We are going to have another Zone class tomorrow, since i got made a district leader im starting to like teaching more and more, i dont get so nervous about it anymore.

     In that other picture i sent you my companion and i are with the ward mission leader, Hermano Ramirez, he´s awesome! he helps us out a ton! We had the baptism of sister Silvia last week, she´s a little sweet old lady that has been coming to church for a while now and that has finally recieved her own testimony that the book of mormon is true, it was really cool seeing her get baptized and hearing that testimony. Next week we will be baptizing an 18 year old girl named Karla, her mom got baptized last month and now she has made the decision to get baptized as well. its cool teaching her because she speaks almost fluent english, it's a lot harder for me to teach in english haha i dont know what im gonna do when i get home . . . . HEY EVERYBODY!!

    im so sorry . . . but i dont have a lot of time to write this week :( im getting used to a few new things i have to do every week now with my hour when i write, i have to give a report email of the Zone to President Treviño and today it took me longer than i expected, but next week i promise i will have more time :) My new area is called Majisterio, its huge! i feel like im in utah again haha my compañero is awesome, he´s from Arizona, Elder Farnsworth. We baptized a lady named Silvia this week, i wont be able to send you a picture because the computer im on i cant plug in my USB because the thing doesnt work but i will send you one next week.

    The suitcases i have are amazing, i recommend them, dont buy your shirts or pants at missionary mall, go to mr mac, i like the ones my compañeros have from there better.

What we found in our apartment

HEY FAMILIA!!

   So last night was awesome talking to all of you, thats the last time we are all going to talk for 6 months, and the next time i talk to chase he will be in Ukraine and i will be home, thats crazy! time flies.

    When me and my companion got home last night after talking to you all, we found a baby tarantula in our house, thats the first one i've seen in this house i'm in right now since i got here, and if we found one, that means theres bound to me more haha i just got a little more excited for transfers.

     Those pictures from New York are awesome! me (and the members here in Piedras Negras) would do anything to get to go there someday, you all are truly blessed to have gotten to go there.

     Ok well i gotta run, i will write you next week from the port of Veracruz! I LOVE YOU ALL A TON!!

What I love most about being a missionary in these days is the chance we get to teach the gosple in so many different ways.

Hey Everybody!

    Well i started my day out really well this morning, i went running at 6 in the morning right next to the beach of Veracruz, last night we had a leaders conference in Veracruz and we got to stay the night at our zone leaders house, i think if i could live next to the beach all my life i would probably go running more often. This week went by great for us, i think one of the things i love most about being a missionary in these days is the chance we get to teach the gosple in so many different ways. In these last few weeks me and my companion havent had very much luck getting our investigators to the baptism font, but we have taught so many different lessons this week to alot of different people that have quite a bit of different problems that i feel like i have learned alot about how to become a better teacher. 

    So this week im getting really excited to talk to you all on sunday! i have been asking around about skype here, but i dont think we are going to have any luck, i can get on skype here, but what the members have told me is that the connection is pretty bad here, and it will cut out alot, so im thinking its better to just do it over the phone :) one of the members of our ward is letting us use her phone, call me on sunday at 7:00 pm my time, if you call the number at 7:00 and nobody picks up, keep calling until somebody does haha  thanks see you on sunday!
